Sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen). Small business pursuant to § 6 (1) 27 UStG — exempt from VAT, therefore no VAT is shown on invoices.

Applicable: Trade Regulation Act 1994 (Gewerbeordnung 1994, RIS). Competent supervisory authority: the Municipality of the City of Vienna — Municipal District Office for the 15th Vienna district.
