The basis is open data: the GISA trade register via data.gv.at and population statistics from Statistics Austria, both under CC-BY 4.0. The work is not in the data — it is in turning more than a million rows into a readable answer.
Anyone about to register a trade has enough costs ahead of them. Finding out how crowded their market already is should not be one of them.
There was a paid add-on package until August 2026. It is not currently offered. Should that change, it will say so here — and the free part stays free either way.
